Using the tools

ToolNest provides small online utilities. The basic tools do not require an account. Some tools are still being built. A page marked “coming soon” does not process your files, even if the instructions describe how the finished tool will work.

You are responsible for the files and text you submit. Only process material you have the right to use. Do not use the site to break the law, to distribute malware, or to try to disrupt the service.

No warranty

Tools are provided as they are. Conversions, calculations, and generated values can be wrong, incomplete, or unavailable. Check important results yourself before you rely on them. To the extent the law allows, ToolNest is not liable for lost files, lost profits, or decisions you make from a tool’s output.

Your content and ours

You keep the rights to the files and text you bring to a tool. We do not claim ownership of that material. The site name, layout, and original writing on toolnestworld.com belong to the operator of ToolNest, except for third-party software used to run the site.

Accounts and paid features

There is no paid plan and no login in this version. A future premium plan may add higher file limits, batch processing, or an API. Those features are not for sale yet, and these terms do not create a subscription.

Advertising

The tools are free. Advertising may be shown later through Google AdSense. Those ads come from Google and its partners, not from the files you convert. No advertising script is loaded while ads are switched off.

Changes

We may change the tools, the file limits, or these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when the draft is updated. If you keep using the site after an update, you are using it under the newer terms.
